The label artist, Pamela McGeary, one of the former Winery owners, painted this label in honor of their semi-restored 1970's VW bus that was purchased at the factory in Germany in the early 1970's, during a European trek with her husband Alex. Alex is the winemaker behind the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon.
Awards
The 2015 was awarded a gold medal in the 2021 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition and the 2017 is even better! The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon was awarded a Silver Medal at the 2023 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.Wine Profile
