Harmony White Blend 2020
This is a unique blend, 50% Chardonnay from the newest vines planted in 2014, and 50% Chenin Blanc from the "Old Gus" vines, planted in 1945. This creates a lovely balance, with flavors of white plum and crisp apple with a hint of lime zest.

Dry and crisp yet with a smooth note of a touch of oak while retaining acidity. NOT a buttery wine.Production Notes
The Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc were vinified separately in stainless steel, and - upon blending - French Oak staves were added to provide limited oak in order to meld these grapes...thus...Harmony.Wine Profile
