Pamela's Pick Muscat Canelli
The non-vintage Pamela's Pick Muscat Canelli is an off-dry (slightly sweet) fruity aperitif at 14.8% alcohol. Palates familiar with Chenin Blanc may pick up on the small amount of the grape in this otherwise-Muscat wine. Floral aromas, and very fruity, this is pleasant with a chill, and also makes a great 'mixer' for our sangria recipe, where we also use our (dry) Syrah Dessert Wine. Other Notes
Many customers believe the wine is named Pamela's Pick because it was Pam's favorite wine, but the story is better than that. The grapes were VERY ready to be picked, as sugars were high (which subsequently resulted in the 14.8% ABV!), so Pamela picked the grapes herself!Wine Profile
