The wine is from the same fruit you will find in our other Syrah wines, but with limited time spent in contact with the skins, the result is a gorgeous shade of cranberry, and makes for an elegant and refreshing beverage any time of year. A dry, and somewhat tannic, structured rosé, this is food-friendly.
